Maybe Monday isn’t the best day?
First, apologies for being late this morning — it was a long week. Saturday I spent much of the day with students taking the Visual Storytelling seminar for which I have been given a teaching fellowship. (I know! Me?!) The school year is ending, projects are close to done, there is much tweaking to do. My long work week, and what turned out to be a substantial number of big chores to get done on Sunday so that this new week could be faced, well, you know what happened.
I have been toying with the idea of moving this to Tuesdays so that I might have more breathing room when a week doesn’t present the time to get something down in pixels for Uncertainty Today. No decision yet, and I bet nobody cares much either way whether this arrives on a Monday morning or a Tuesday morning.
In the spirit of not having my shit together for this morning’s newsletter here are more pictures from the series of fifty I’m slagging it out with. Not related, but not unrelated either. All of these photos, to me, speak at some degree about our humanness and the trouble it often causes us. It’s a weird time to be alive.
Sorry again for being late. Have a lovely week!
